HT250 cast iron machine body of wire edm machine,C type wire running structure and T type machine          base,heat treatment for 2 times.

• HIWIN/PMI high precision ball screws and high precision linear guide-rails that are configured on X,Y,Z,U,V axis for wire edm machine.
• Automatic central lubrication system,working fluid tank with 5um double filter.
• Double direction molybdenum wire tension system,high precision adjustable wire guide D0.192mm,(Z axis up and down).
• ZK customized high quality Industrial computer with Win10/XP operation system,configured with interface USB,RS232C,Ethernet port.
• wire cut machine control system Coolcut,we have independent intellectual property,the cool-cut software can program and input parameters intelligently by itself according the work-piece drawing and metal data.that no longer requires the operator’s experience for using wire cut edm machine.
• No electrolytic pulse power supply,which we have R&D independently, according to the customers requirements of molybdenum wire cutting machine.It can not only improve the cutting efficiency,but also decrease the molybdenum wire losses.
• we can optionally the various software and hardware for the needs of oversea clients,and add the working axis,7 axis at most.
